【留意事項】
ビザ番号を入力する項目については過去にビザを発行しオーストラリアに入国した人（すなわちビザラベルがパスポートに貼られている人）を対象としている様です。ETAの場合はビザラベルを貼られていないので「the visa number field」に入力する必要は無いようです。

This evidence would normally appear as a paper visa label placed in your current or previous passport by an office of the Department. This visa label contains a unique number, or visa number.
